Built on two decades of enterprise advisory
Stratos IT Consulting was founded with a clear purpose: to provide the kind of strategic advisory that genuinely changes the trajectory of organisations. Not generic frameworks applied from a distance, but rigorous, relationship-driven work that is grounded in the specific context of each client.
Over more than two decades, we have built a practice that serves some of the UK's most complex and consequential organisations - from major banks and building societies to NHS trusts and local government bodies. Our clients return to us not because of our size, but because of the quality of our thinking and the depth of our commitment.
We remain a deliberately focused firm. We do not try to be all things to all clients. We work in four integrated practice areas - strategy, leadership, finance, and operations - and we bring genuine expertise to each of them.

Matt has over 25 years of experience across multiple sectors, most recently serving as CTO and Managing Director of a management consultancy business. He founded Stratos IT Consulting to bring together deep technical leadership and strategic advisory capability - helping organisations close the gap between strategy and delivery.
